The updated version, which was written by Shashwat Sachdev and Roshan Lal, pays tribute to the essence of Roshan Lal's timeless masterpiece, which is still a major component of Saregama's historical music collection. With the powerful voices of Shashwat Sachdev, Shahzad Ali, Subhadeep Das Chowdhury, and Armaan Khan, the new arrangement combines modern intensity with classic soul.
