He was a farmer, a geologist, a lecturer at the Andhra National College in Machilipatnam, and fluent in Japanese. He also became famous as ‘Japan Venkayya’.,In 1916, he published a book titled ‘A National Flag for India’. The book not only surveyed the flags of other nations but also offered around 30 designs of what could develop into India's national flag.,He died on July 4, 1963.。当时日媒的报道中提及“在日本中国人已经越来越多，几乎统领了发达地区的商场”，由此引发了日本网络上的热议。可以看出在评论区很多人的印象中，日本经济对比中国仍然是“高高在上”的姿态，停留在过去的年代。当然也有人提醒他们现在中国一些方面的发展速度已经非常可怕了，比如电动汽车领域已经超越了日本，挑战了日本在全球的地位。

14日，日本前厚生劳动大臣舛添要一接受日本杂志的专访，主要提及他这次访问中国的行程。舛添要一曾在安倍、福田、麻生三任内阁中担任劳动省大臣的职务，政治履历非常丰富，这也是他时隔四年后再次访问中国。

B | 舛添要一认为中国的经济增长堪称奇迹——如此庞大的经济体每年都有5%的增速很难想象，这意味中国和日本的经济差距每年都在变大，日本目前已经“完全输给了中国”。

舛添要一访华对中国的“数字化进程”印象深刻，他提及中国的智能手机和遍地可以使用的智能化支付，日常生活中只需要一部手机就能处理所有的问题；而且令人难以想象的是，三十年前日本人开豪车，中国还在骑自行车；现在中国在开先进的电动汽车，而日本还在开燃油汽车。

D | 从各个方面来说，中国现在已经富裕了，但在日本的认知里面还无法接受这件事，他们不断加深“中国还很穷”的印象，但这改变不了日本已经落后的真相。

舛添要一将日本社会发展缓慢的原因归结为二：其一是美国的《广场协议》严重限制了日本经济发展，导致泡沫经济破灭；其二是日本人越来越沉迷在过去的成功中无法自拔，缺少了创新的动力导致其落后。日媒之前也提到过在全球电子游戏疯狂发展的时代，日本作为过去的游戏行业巨擘居然不思考转型，还在开发掌机等过时的东西；而全球电动汽车产业兴起时，日本也没有及时跟上时代去研发电动汽车，导致现在丰田、日产等一众企业居然在世界舞台上拿不出一款先进的电车。

这位官员还预言称：“根据我所看到的，美国的单极统治很有可能终结，下一个接管世界的将是中国”。舛添要一认为俄乌冲突的根本是西方国家先去惹了俄罗斯，美国才是最大的责任方；在加沙问题上，大部分都是被美国的选票制度捆绑的牺牲品；政客们为了选票必须要讨好一方，这就造成了悲剧。

F | 对此也有解析称：“该言论是指拜登政府对犹太人的退让，实际上他们一开始是有机会也有能力阻止在加沙发生的所有事情，但民主党意识到如果这么做他们就将失去美国庞大的犹太财团的支持；所以为了选票，拜登不得不继续向犹太人低头，让加沙地区沦为牺牲品。”
